Beaver Lens Studio
Beaver Lens Studio is a home-based photography studio located at:
18 Dervock Crescent
North York, ON M2K 1A7
Free street parking is available around the house.The studio is located on the second floor.After entering the house, please follow the signs and instructions to access the second-floor photography studio.
Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling
To ensure a smooth schedule for all clients, we kindly ask that you respect the following booking policies.
48-Hour Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice.
Less Than 48 Hours
Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in:

A charge of approximately 50% of the service fee

Deposits are non-refundable
Late ArrivalClients
arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a No Show.No ShowIf a client does not arrive for the scheduled appointment, the full service fee (100%) will be charged.
No Show
If a client does not arrive for the scheduled appointment, the full service fee (100%) will be charged.
ID Photos
ID photos are delivered on the same day of the session.
Clients will receive their photos shortly after the session is completed.
Portrait, Family & Event Sessions
For portrait, family, and event photography, final edited images will be delivered within 7 days from the start time of the session.
We always aim to deliver images as soon as possible while ensuring the quality of each photograph.
All final images delivered by Beaver Lens Studio are professionally edited and selected by the photographer. Editing style is part of the photographer’s artistic vision. Unedited RAW images are not provided with only JPG files Additional retouching beyond the included edits is available at $35 per image.
Unless otherwise requested, Beaver Lens Studio reserves the right to use selected images for portfolio and promotional purposes, including:

If you prefer that your photos not be used publicly, please let us know before the session.We respect our clients’ privacy and will always use images respectfully.
